Sheet Pan Shrimp Fajitas

Components:

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons floor cumin
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Kosher salt and freshly floor black pepper, to style
  • 1 purple bell pepper, lower into strips
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, lower into strips
  • 1 orange bell pepper, lower into strips
  • 1 candy onion, lower into wedges
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1 1/2 kilos medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 6 (8-inch) flour or corn tortillas, warmed

Instructions:

  4. Place into oven and bake for 10 minutes, or till the greens are starting to melt.
  5. In a big bowl, mix shrimp and remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil and CHILI POWDER MIXTURE.
  6. Working rigorously, transfer greens onto one facet of the baking sheet. Place shrimp onto the other facet of the baking sheet in a single layer.
